Lydia-Rose Bright is an English television personality best known for starring in the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. In 2016, she participated in Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls, and in early 2017, she took part in the fourth series of Channel 4's The Jump.
In 2017, Bright appeared in a celebrity version of The Crystal Maze, which aired on 23 June. She was widely criticized after scoring six points on her specialist subject "Sex and The City" and two points in the general knowledge round on BBC's Celebrity Mastermind 2018.
