Maude Hirst (born 6 February 1993) is a British actress best known for her role as Helga on the History Channel TV show Vikings from 2013 to 2017. She studied drama at the London school Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts.
She is the elder daughter of producer and writer Michael Hirst, known for the films Elizabeth (1998) and Elizabeth: The Golden Age (2007), as well as the TV shows The Tudors (2007–2010) and Vikings (2013–present). Before Vikings, Maude Hirst appeared as Kat Ashley on The Tudors (2008–2010) and acted in the films Nuryan (2009) and Cash and Curry (2008).
