Mistella "Misty" Rowe (born June 1, 1950) is an American actress best known for portraying the perky lisping blonde on the television series Hee Haw for 19 years. She starred in the 1978 spinoff Hee Haw Honeys alongside Kathie Lee Gifford and performed as Junior Samples' assistant during the show's used car comedy segments. Rowe appeared in films portraying Marilyn Monroe in Goodbye, Norma Jean (1976) and Goodnight, Sweet Marilyn (1989), Minnie Pearl, Maid Marian in Mel Brooks' When Things Were Rotten, and Patsy Cline in a Broadway musical. She also modeled for Playboy in 1976 and appeared on early seasons of Happy Days as Wendy, a carhop. Other film credits include The Hitchhikers (1972), Loose Shoes (1980), The Man with Bogart's Face (1980), National Lampoon's Class Reunion (1982), Meatballs Part II (1984), and the TV movie SST: Death Flight (1977). In the mid-1980s, she appeared on Airwolf as a country and western singer and on the game show The Cross-Wits.
Her recent work includes children's theater (Misty's Magic Moo Town) and the Atlantic City production Misty Christmas, Finally a Fruitcake You'll Like! She starred in the Broadway musical Fandance: The Legend of Sally Rand on April 25, 2010. The Austin, TX rock band Young Heart Attack wrote a song titled "Misty Rowe" inspired by her. Rowe appeared on a Valentine's Day special of The Dating Game, winning a trip to Carson City, Nevada. She was married to and divorced from actor James DePaiva, with whom she has a daughter, Dreama, born in 1992.
