Nadine Velazquez (born November 20, 1978, in Chicago, Illinois) is a Puerto Rican-American actress and model. Her first television appearance was in a McDonald’s commercial.
She had her first film role in 2003 in Biker Boyz. From 2005 to 2009, she played Catalina Aruca in the NBC series My Name Is Earl. In 2004, she appeared in the film The Last Ride. In January 2006, she was the cover girl for Stuff magazine and ranked 39th in Maxim's annual chart in the United States.
