Linnethia Monique "NeNe" Leakes, born December 13, 1967, is an American television personality, actress, presenter, author, and fashion designer. She is known for her role as an original cast member on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and for playing Roz Washington on the Fox sitcom Glee.
Leakes was a series regular on NBC's The New Normal until 2013 and participated in The Celebrity Apprentice and Dancing with the Stars. She debuted on Broadway in 2014 as Madame in Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella and played Matron "Mama" Morton in Chicago in 2015. She was a panelist on ABC's To Tell The Truth revival and has launched a clothing line on Home Shopping Network and a national comedy tour titled "So Nasty, So Rude".
