Russian television presenter Oxana Fedorova (born 17 December 1977) is a multifaceted professional known for her work as a singer, actress, fashion designer, model, and former beauty pageant winner. Before entering the entertainment sector, Fedorova served as a police officer.

Fedorova started her journey in the modeling world before being crowned Miss Saint Petersburg in 1999 and subsequently Miss Russia in 2001. She achieved success at the international level by winning Miss Universe in 2002, marking her as the first representative from Russia to claim this title. Her reign lasted for 119 days until she became the inaugural titleholder to be dethroned under circumstances that remain somewhat ambiguous.
