Shanna Lynn Moakler (born March 28, 1975) is an American model, actress, and reality television star. She won the Miss New York USA pageant in 1995 and was initially the first runner-up at Miss USA 1995 before being crowned Miss USA after Chelsi Smith won Miss Universe. Moakler began modeling at age 15 and was a Playboy Playmate of the Month in December 2001. She hosted E!'s Bridalplasty during 2010 and 2011.
Moakler acted as a regular for two seasons on the USA Network series Pacific Blue in 1998 and starred as herself on the MTV reality series Meet the Barkers with her then-husband Travis Barker in 2005. She has been noted for her relationships with Billy Idol, Oscar De La Hoya, and Dennis Quaid. Moakler is the executive producer of the Miss Nevada USA state pageant and joined the cast of VH1's Hollywood Exes in January 2014.
