Waterhouse grew up in Chiswick. Her father is a cosmetic surgeon and her mother is a nurse. She has a younger sister, Imogen, known as Immy, who is also a model. Suki began her modeling career at age 16 after being discovered in a pub. At 19, her first major campaign was as an underwear model for Marks & Spencer. She has also modeled for Alice + Olivia and Coast.
