Sydney Rae Leroux Dwyer (born May 7, 1990) is a professional soccer player and Olympic gold medalist. She plays as a forward and is signed by FC Kansas City in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). After representing Canada at youth levels, she joined the United States women's national under-20 team in 2008 and the senior national team in 2012. Leroux has earned over 75 caps and was part of the U.S. teams that won the 2012 London Olympics and the 2015 Women's World Cup.
Leroux played collegiate soccer for the UCLA Bruins and at the semi-professional level for the Vancouver Whitecaps, debuting at age fifteen as their youngest-ever player. She was the first overall pick by the Atlanta Beat in the 2012 WPS Draft. After the league suspended operations, she played for the Seattle Sounders Women in 2012. Leroux made her professional debut with the Boston Breakers in 2013, then played for Seattle Reign FC in 2014, Western New York Flash in 2015, and FC Kansas City from 2016 onward.
