Tania Cagnotto (born May 15, 1985, in Bolzano, South Tyrol) is an Italian diver. She is a world champion, two-time Olympic medalist, and 20-time European champion, holding the record as the most successful diver at the European Championships with 29 medals (20 gold, 5 silver, and 4 bronze), ahead of Dmitri Sautin.
Her father, Giorgio Cagnotto, who is also her coach, and her mother, Carmen Casteiner, were among Italy's most successful divers in the 1970s alongside Klaus Dibiasi.
