Zozibini Tunzi (born 18 September 1993) is a South African model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe 2019. She had previously been crowned Miss South Africa 2019 and is the third woman from South Africa to win the Miss Universe title, as well as the first black woman since Leila Lopes in 2011.
In 2019, all four major pageants were won by black women: Zozibini Tunzi as Miss Universe, Nia Franklin as Miss America, Kaliegh Garris as Miss Teen USA, and Cheslie Kryst as Miss USA.
