Alexandra Rose "Aly" Raisman (born May 25, 1994) is an American gymnast and two-time Olympian. She was a member and captain of the 2012 "Fierce Five" and 2016 "Final Five" U.S. women's Olympic gymnastics teams.
At the 2012 London Olympics, Raisman won gold medals in the team and floor competitions and a bronze on the balance beam, becoming the most decorated American gymnast at those Games. In the 2016 Rio Olympics, she earned silver medals in the individual all-around and floor exercise, and a gold in the team event, sharing back-to-back team golds with teammate Gabby Douglas. She is the second-most decorated American female gymnast at the Olympics with six medals. Raisman was also part of the gold-winning American teams at the 2011 and 2015 World Championships.
