English international bowler Ellen Marie Falkner (née Alexander; born 12 June 1979) hails from Cambridge, England.

In 2004, she secured a gold medal in the fours alongside teammates Jayne Christie, Jean Baker, and Amy Monkhouse at the World Outdoor Bowls Championship.

Ellen represented her country at the Commonwealth Games in 2002, where she claimed gold in the fours event. Eight years later, she achieved another gold during the 2010 Commonwealth Games as part of the women's pairs with partner Amy Monkhouse.

Falkner also participated in the 2014 Commonwealth Games and earned an additional gold medal in the women's triples competition with teammates Sophie Tolchard and Sian Gordon.

During the 2016 World Indoor Bowls Championship, Falkner won her third title in singles after defeating Rebecca Field in the final. This victory marked a decade since her last two titles.

In 2016, she contributed to a fours team that included Rebecca Wigfield, Wendy King, and Jamie-Lea Winch which took home a silver medal at the World Outdoor Bowls Championship held in Christchurch. Additionally, she earned a bronze medal competing in pairs with Sophie Tolchard.
