This is a list of models who appeared in the American edition of Penthouse magazine as Pet of the Month or Pet of the Year from September 1969 to the present. Pets of the Year are highlighted in bold and are usually featured in the January issue of their selected year.
Unlike Playboy, it can take several years for a model to become Pet of the Year after their initial centerfold. No model was selected in 1985.
