Megyn Price (born March 24, 1971, in Seattle, Washington) is an American actress. She played Claudia Finnerty, the mother of the family, in the television series "No Mercy for Dad."
From 2007 to 2013, she portrayed Audrey Bingham in the sitcom "Rules of Engagement."
