Erika Kirk, born Erika Lane Frantzve on November 20, 1988, in Arizona, is an American businesswoman and podcaster. In 2012, she was Miss Arizona USA. She founded the nonprofit organization Everyday Heroes Like You and hosts the devotional podcast Midweek Rise Up.
She holds degrees in political science and international relations, a Juris Master in American law, and is pursuing a doctorate in biblical studies. After the death of her husband Charlie Kirk in September 2025, she became CEO of Turning Point USA. She is a mother of two children.
