Francesca Neri (born 10 February 1964) is an Italian actress and daughter of retired actress Rosalba Neri. She was born in Trento and has received the Silver Ribbon Award for Best Actress twice, for Pensavo fosse amore invece era un calesse (1991) and Carne trémula (Live Flesh) (1997). She was also nominated three times for the David di Donatello Award: Best Actress for Il dolce rumore della vita and Io amo Andrea (both 1999), and Best Supporting Actress for La felicità non costa niente (2003).
Neri appeared in three Spanish films: Live Flesh (1997) and ¡Dispara! (Outrage, 1993), both with her own Spanish voice, and Las edades de Lulú (The Ages of Lulu, 1990), where she was dubbed in Spanish. She gained notice in America with her role as Allegra in Hannibal (2001) and appeared alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in Collateral Damage (2002). She has a son, Rocco (born 1999), with actor Claudio Amendola.
