American actress Harlee McBride, born on November 20, 1948, has been married to actor and comedian Richard Belzer since 1985. She is recognized for her role in Young Lady Chatterley (1977), adapted from the erotic novel Lady Chatterley's Lover, along with its sequel, Young Lady Chatterley II released in 1985.

McBride has made sporadic appearances in television series and films, including portraying medical examiner Dr. Alyssa Dyer on Homicide: Life on the Street for a total of 22 episodes alongside Belzer. Notably, she appears in the fifth season episode titled "Partners and Other Strangers," where she discusses her past relationship with Det. John Munch (played by Belzer) while reconstructing a skull belonging to Det. Beau Felton and mentions her current partner's profession as a standup comic (also related to Belzer).

She first crossed paths with Belzer in Los Angeles during 1981 at the age of 31; at that time, she was divorced and had two daughters named Bree and Jessica. On October 12, 2014, McBride caused disturbances aboard an Air France flight traveling from New York to Paris by yelling loudly and even throwing food trays before being restrained by cabin crew members who handcuffed her to her seat. The aircraft was diverted for an emergency landing in Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador; there she spent two nights incarcerated until posting bail set at CAD$10,000. In May 2016, following this incident, a judge from Gander mandated that McBride pay $26,433 as restitution along with a fine amounting to $10,000.
