English actress Hayley Catherine Rose Vivien Mills (born 18 April 1946) is recognized for her work in film and television. She is the offspring of Sir John Mills and Mary Hayley Bell, and the younger sibling of actress Juliet Mills. Mills started her professional journey in acting during childhood, receiving acclaim as a talented newcomer by winning the BAFTA Award for Most Promising Newcomer for Tiger Bay (1959), an Academy Juvenile Award for Pollyanna (1960), and a Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year – Actress in 1961. Throughout her formative years, she featured in six films produced by Walt Disney, notably gaining attention for portraying twins Susan and Sharon in The Parent Trap (1961).
