Celebs naked content from Ingrid Bergman

Swedish actress Ingrid Bergman (29 August 1915 – 29 August 1982) appeared in numerous films across both European and American cinema. She received three Academy Awards, two Emmy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, a BAFTA Award, and the Tony Award for Best Actress. Her most recognized performances include Ilsa Lund in Casablanca (1942) and Alicia Huberman in Notorious (1946), an Alfred Hitchcock thriller featuring Cary Grant and Claude Rains.

Prior to her rise as a star in American cinema, Bergman was already established as a leading figure in Swedish film productions. Her first appearance to American audiences was through her role in the English-language version of Intermezzo (1939). At her request, producer David O. Selznick agreed to limit her contract duration—signing for four films instead of the customary seven years—until after Intermezzo's release.

Due to financial issues faced by Selznick's studio, Bergman frequently worked with other production companies. In addition to Casablanca, notable films from this time include Victor Fleming’s adaptation of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1941), For Whom the Bell Tolls (1943), Gaslight (1944), and The Bells of St. Mary's (1945). Her last collaborations with Selznick involved Alfred Hitchcock's Spellbound (1945) and Notorious (1946), with Under Capricorn marking their final project together in 1949.

After spending ten years acting primarily in American movies, she took on a lead role in Roberto Rossellini’s Stromboli (1950) amid public knowledge of her extramarital relationship with the director. This affair led to marriage with Rossellini which stirred controversy within the United States; consequently, she spent several years based in Europe before successfully returning to Hollywood with Anastasia (1956), earning her second Academy Award for that performance. A collection of personal materials related to Bergman can be found at Wesleyan University Cinema Archives.

The St. James Encyclopedia of Popular Culture describes Bergman as having rapidly become “the epitome of American femininity” while also being viewed as one of Hollywood’s top leading actresses. In America, she is credited for introducing "Nordic freshness" along with exceptional beauty and intellect into film; David O. Selznick referred to her as “the most thoroughly dedicated actress” he had encountered professionally. The American Film Institute placed Bergman fourth among female screen legends from classic American cinema during its ranking published in 2007.
