French épée fencer Laura Flessel-Colovic (born 6 November 1971 in Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe) serves as the Minister of Sports in France. She holds the record for the highest number of Olympic medals among French female athletes, totaling five. Prior to 2007, she competed with Levallois Sporting Club Escrime and is currently affiliated with Lagardère Paris Racing. She is married and has one child.

Flessel-Colovic carried the flag for France during the opening ceremony of the London Summer Olympics in 2012, marking her fifth and final appearance at the Games.

She took on her role as Minister of Sports within the Philippe Government on 17 May 2017.
