American actress, director, writer, and performer Lindsey Normington was born on July 24, 1996, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her interest in the performing arts began early, influenced by a high school staging of Little Shop of Horrors. She engaged in theater throughout her formative years and completed her studies at Grand Valley State University in 2018, where she took on the role of Sally Bowles in a rendition of Cabaret.

During her final year at university in 2018, Normington developed a solo performance called Figurehead, which was featured at the United Solo Festival held in New York City in 2019; this achievement earned her the Best Emerging Actress accolade.

She has been seen on television as a background dancer for The Idol and Blindspotting and appeared in music videos for bands like Five Finger Death Punch and Ghost. Additionally, she has starred as a lead actress in multiple short films. In 2024, she portrayed Diamond—a workplace rival to the main character—in Sean Baker's film Anora.

Apart from her acting pursuits, Normington is actively involved as a labor organizer. In 2023, she played an essential role in establishing Star Garden located in Hollywood—the first unionized strip club within the United States.
