American model and actress Lynda Ann Wiesmeier (pronounced WEES-myer, born May 30, 1963 – passed away December 16, 2012) made her film debut in American Pop. In July 1982, she was chosen as both the cover model and Playmate of the Month for Playboy magazine, with her centerfold captured by photographer Richard Fegley. Wiesmeier also featured in numerous special editions and videos of Playboy and maintained a consistent presence with the publication for over five years following her appearance on the magazine's fold-out page, initially as a nude glamour and pin-up model before transitioning into promotional modeling and serving as a feature reporter for the Playboy Channel.

She passed away in December 2012 after battling a brain tumor.
