Marcia Anne Cross (born March 25, 1962) is an American television actress. She is known for her roles as Dr. Kimberly Shaw on Fox's Melrose Place (1992–1997) and Bree Van de Kamp on ABC's Desperate Housewives (2004–2012).
For Desperate Housewives, she received three Golden Globe nominations for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy, five Screen Actors Guild Award nominations winning two, and a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series.
