Nathalie Pohl, born on October 13, 1994, in Marburg, is a German open water and extreme swimmer. She holds world records, including crossings of the Strait of Gibraltar and the Jersey Channel, and in September 2024 became the first German woman to complete the "Oceans Seven".
She is also known for long-distance swims such as the Kaiwi Channel and the Cook Strait. Besides competitions, she is committed to teaching children to swim and raising awareness of safety in open water.
