Vivian Hsu (born March 19, 1975) is a Taiwanese singer and actress. She gained prominence in Japan after her debut in 1995 and became a well-known celebrity through numerous media appearances in the late 1990s.
She was the main vocalist for Black Biscuits, a Japanese dance band that released four singles—"Stamina," "Timing," "Relax," and "Bye-Bye"—all of which reached the top 5 on the Oricon singles chart. Their album, Life, reached number 6 on the album chart.
