American soccer player Alexandra Blaire Krieger (born July 28, 1984) is a FIFA Women's World Cup champion known for her role as a defender. She previously played for the United States women's national soccer team and currently competes with Orlando Pride in the National Women's Soccer League, which is the top tier of women's soccer in the U.S. Krieger made her debut with the national team during the 2008 Four Nations Tournament against Canada on January 16, 2008, accumulating a total of 98 caps.

Krieger has represented her country at two FIFA Women's World Cups: in Germany in 2011 and Canada in 2015. As part of a defense that maintained a record scoreless streak of 540 minutes, she contributed to the United States securing victory at the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup. She started all seven matches during that tournament and played every minute across six games in the previous World Cup held in 2011. In 2012, she experienced a significant knee injury while competing at the CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying tournament and was unable to be selected for the Olympic Team that year. After recovering from her injury, she earned her first Olympic selection four years later and took part in the Rio Olympics of 2016, becoming the oldest first-time Olympian representing U.S. women’s soccer.

Prior to joining Orlando Pride in 2016, Krieger had stints with Washington Freedom, German club FFC Frankfurt where she competed in Frauen-Bundesliga, Tyresö FF from Sweden's Damallsvenskan league, and Washington Spirit. During her five-year tenure with FFC Frankfurt, she achieved success by winning the UEFA Women’s Champions League and was notably the only player from U.S. women’s national team active overseas.
