American singer, actress, and dancer Alisan Leigh Porter (born June 20, 1981) began her performance career at a young age with roles in Parenthood, Stella, and I Love You to Death. Her prominent role emerged in 1991 when she starred as the lead character in the movie Curly Sue alongside Jim Belushi.

As an adult, Porter engaged in musical theatre productions, notably participating in The Ten Commandments: The Musical. She released a solo album in 2009. In 2016, she tried out for NBC's The Voice and secured a place on Team Christina. By May of that year, Porter was declared the champion of season 10.
