American gymnast Aly Raisman, born on May 25, 1994, is a two-time Olympian. She served as both a member and captain of the U.S. women's gymnastics teams during the 2012 "Fierce Five" and the 2016 "Final Five."

During the London Olympics in 2012, she secured gold medals in both team and floor events and earned a bronze medal on balance beam, becoming the most decorated American gymnast at that edition of the Games. At the Rio de Janeiro Olympics in 2016, she achieved a silver medal for her performance on floor exercise along with another gold medal in team competition, making her and fellow gymnast Gabby Douglas unique as Americans to win consecutive team golds. Raisman also took home silver medals for individual all-around and floor exercise categories. With six Olympic medals to her name, she ranks as the second-most decorated female American gymnast in Olympic history.

Additionally, Raisman was part of the victorious U.S. teams that clinched gold at both the World Championships held in 2011 and 2015.
