American actress and producer Alysia Reiner (born July 21, 1970) is recognized for her portrayal of Natalie "Fig" Figueroa in the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black (2013–2017), a role that contributed to her SAG award as part of the ensemble.

Reiner took on dual roles as both star and producer in the financial drama EQUITY, which was acquired by Sony Pictures Classics at Sundance and subsequently released across the United States. The project is currently being adapted into a television series by Tri-Star and ABC. She has participated in numerous Off-Broadway productions and received an Obie Award for her work in An Oak Tree. In Sideways, a well-regarded comedy-drama film, she portrayed Christine Ergarian, winning her first SAG award for ensemble performance. Reiner portrays D.A. Wendy Parks in ABC's crime-legal drama How to Get Away with Murder and plays Sunny in the F/X comedy Better Things.

In 2016, she featured in Season 4 of Masters of Sex on Showtime, appeared as Lilian Izikoff on Rosewood, and played Fiona in Michael Showalter's TBS series Search Party.
