American actress and comedian Arden VanAmringe Myrin (born December 10, 1973) is known for her role as Regina Sinclair in the Netflix series Insatiable. She joined the cast of the seventh season of Showtime's Shameless and was part of the world premiere of Steve Martin's play Meteor Shower at Long Wharf Theatre. Her television appearances encompass Orange Is the New Black, Hung, Key & Peele, Inside Amy Schumer, W/ Bob & David, Psych, Bones, Fresh Off the Boat, Suburgatory, 2 Broke Girls, Reno 911!, and Gilmore Girls among others. From 1997 to 1999, Arden held a recurring part as Abby Cosgrove on Working, an NBC sitcom featuring Fred Savage. She is set to appear in the upcoming feature film Extracurricular Activities.

Myrin has been featured in various films such as Bachelorette from Sundance Films and both Wrong Cops and Wrong produced by Mr. Oizo alongside Kinsey and Morning Glory.

Additionally, she has appeared on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, The Howard Stern Show, WTF with Marc Maron along with RuPaul's Drag Race. Arden also hosts the Nerdist podcast Will You Accept This Rose? which focuses on The Bachelor/The Bachelorette franchise.
