Elise Neal (born March 14, 1966) is an American film and television actress. She is known for her roles as Yvonne Hughley in the sitcom The Hughleys (1998–2002) and Hallie in the horror film Scream 2.
She had a recurring role as Roxanne, Chyna Parks' mother, in the Disney Channel show A.N.T. Farm. Neal appeared as one of the five cast members on the TV One reality series Hollywood Divas (2014–2015).
