Italian pop singer Emmanuela Marrone, commonly referred to as Emma or Emma Marrone (pronounced [Л€Й›mma marЛ€roЛђne]; born May 25, 1984, in Florence, Italy), has made a mark in the music industry.

Following her experience with various bands, she triumphed in the Italian talent competition Amici di Maria De Filippi in March 2010 and subsequently signed with Universal Music. On February 18, 2012, she secured first place at the Sanremo Music Festival with her track Non ГЁ l'inferno. To date, she has released one EP, four albums, and fifteen singles and has achieved two Multiplatinum certifications along with fourteen Platinum discs and two Gold discs.

Since 2012, she has showcased her skills by performing live while playing guitar. In both 2013 and 2015, Emma took on the role of artistic director for one of the teams on Amici di Maria De Filippi.

Emma represented Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest held in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2014 with her entry "La mia cittГ ," finishing in the twenty-first position. She has sold over 1,200,000 singles and albums combined thus far.
