Jelena Karleuša Tošić, born 17 August 1978, is a Serbian pop singer, television personality, former columnist, and human rights activist. She gained fame with her debut album Ogledalce (1995) and became popular throughout the former Yugoslavia. Her 1999 album Gili, gili introduced a pop sound that changed her musical style, and her 2012 album Diva was one of the most successful in Serbia. She held major concerts, including the All About Diva Show in 2010 before 20,000 fans and the Viva la Diva Show in 2013 in front of 40,000 people.
Karleuša is regarded as a fashion icon in Eastern Europe for her stage outfits and Instagram posts. In 2006, she launched her fashion brand JK Wear. In 2010, she appeared as a guest on Big Brother All Stars VP and expressed support for political figures Zoran Đinđić and Čedomir Jovanović. In 2015, she accused Kim Kardashian of copying her fashion style, noting similarities also observed between Beyoncé's outfits and Karleuša's earlier looks. Since September 2015, she has served as a jury member on the music talent show Zvezde Granda.
