Russian diver Nataliya Vladimirovna Lobanova (born Kuznetsova; Russian: Наталья Владимировна Лобанова, родилась Кузнецова, 30 мая 1947 года) is now retired. She participated in the women's 10 m platform event during the Summer Olympics of 1964, 1968, and 1972, achieving seventh place in her first appearance, followed by a second-place finish and concluding with thirteenth place. Additionally, she placed fourteenth in the 3 m springboard competition at the 1972 Games.

At the European championships, she secured a gold medal for her performance on the platform in 1966 and earned a bronze medal for her springboard efforts in 1962. Furthermore, Lobanova was recognized as Soviet champion on the platform during both the years of 1969 and 1972.
