American actress Patty Weaver (born September 23, 1949) is a Fairborn High School graduate from the class of 1967. She portrayed Gina Roma on The Young and the Restless under contract from 1982 until August 2005, transitioning to a recurring role until her final appearance in early 2009.

Weaver hails from Clarksburg, West Virginia. Prior to her tenure on The Young and the Restless, she took on the character Trish Clayton Banning in Days of Our Lives for two periods: first from 1974 to 1978 and then again between 1979 and 1982.

Before embarking on her acting journey, Patty was part of a rock band known as The Loved Ones. She has pursued music throughout her career and released multiple albums.

Her acting debut included guest roles in television shows such as Maude and All in the Family, followed by a nine-year run on Days of Our Lives that marked her entry into daytime television. Weaver remains active within the nightclub scene, having opened for entertainers like Bob Newhart, Don Rickles, Jerry Lewis, and George Burns in venues across Las Vegas and Atlantic City.
