Sesil Radoslavova Karatantcheva, born 8 August 1989, is a Bulgarian former tennis player. She won nine singles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit and reached her highest singles ranking of world No. 35 on 7 November 2005. In doubles, she peaked at No. 154 on 19 April 2010.
Karatantcheva reached the quarterfinals of the 2005 French Open, defeating seven-time Grand Slam champion Venus Williams. In 2005, she tested positive twice for nandrolone and received a two-year suspension. She returned to professional tennis in January 2008.
