Irish actress Alison Oliver, born on June 3, 1997, gained attention for her role as Frances in the BBC Three and Hulu miniseries "Conversations with Friends" (2022). In 2023, she was included in Variety's list of "10 actors to watch."

Oliver grew up in Ballintemple, Cork, before moving to Blackrock. She completed her education at Scoil Mhuire in Cork and engaged in training for drama, singing, and dance. Subsequently, she enrolled at Trinity College Dublin's drama program and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Acting in 2020.

Her professional journey began with "Conversations with Friends," followed by her London stage debut in "Women, Beware the Devil" at Almeida Theatre in February 2023. Oliver also made her film debut with "Saltburn," which was both written and directed by Emerald Fennell.
