English actress Katherine Woodville (March 12, 1938 – June 5, 2013), also recognized as Catherine Woodville and Kate Woodville, had a career in film and television. Initially known as Catherine Woodville in the UK from 1955 to 1966, she adopted the name Kate Woodville upon relocating to America in 1967, where she became a life member of the Actors Studio. In the following decade, her credits included both Katherine Woodville and Kate Woodville.

Throughout her extensive career on screen, she appeared in several notable productions such as Z-Cars, The Avengers, Danger Man, Mission: Impossible, It Takes a Thief (1968), Mannix, The Rockford Files, Days of Our Lives and Eight Is Enough. She portrayed Natira in an episode titled "For the World Is Hollow and I Have Touched the Sky" (1968) for the original Star Trek series. Additionally, she made a guest appearance as "Nedra" in Season 2 Episode 12 ("The Gunman") of Kung Fu (1974). Her other appearances included Gibbsville in 1976 and The Saint TV series' Season 3 Episode 4 titled "The Scorpion".

Woodville was married twice; her first marriage was to Patrick Macnee from The Avengers between 1965 and 1969. Later on, she wed actor Edward Albert (the son of Eddie Albert) from 1978 until his passing in 2006. She had one daughter named Thaïs "Tai" Carmen who is a poet and songwriter.

She stepped away from acting at the close of the decade of the '70s. Katherine passed away due to cancer on June 5, 2013 at age seventy-four. Her ashes were scattered off Point Dume in Malibu, California. She is survived by her daughter Thaïs.
