American entrepreneur and cheesemaker Paula Wynne Stephens Lambert (born July 5, 1943, in Santa Maria, California) is also a cookbook author. She established the Mozzarella Company in Dallas, Texas, in 1982. In 1988, she appeared in Who's Who in Food and Wine in Texas and was honored with the Pacesetter Award by the Roundtable for Women in Foodservice in 1992. Furthermore, she was included in the James Beard Foundation's Who's Who in Food and Beverage in America list in 1998.

In 2005, Mary Baldwin College awarded her the Career Achievement Award located in Staunton, Virginia. She has authored two cookbooks and conducts cooking classes.
