American actress Victoria Lynn Rowell (born May 10, 1959) is also a writer, producer, and dancer.

Rowell initiated her professional work as a ballet dancer and model before making her acting debut in the 1987 comedy Leonard Part 6. In 1990, she became part of the CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless, portraying Drucilla Winters—a role she held for an extensive period on television—earning three nominations for Daytime Emmy Awards. She left the series in 2007. Additionally, Rowell is recognized for her portrayal of Dr. Amanda Bentley in the CBS medical crime series Diagnosis: Murder from 1993 to 2001. Between 1993 and 2000, she was featured in both shows concurrently.

Rowell has appeared in various feature films throughout her career. She acted alongside Eddie Murphy in the comedy The Distinguished Gentleman released in 1992 and later took roles in films such as Dumb and Dumber (1994), Barb Wire (1996), and Eve's Bayou (1997). Rowell has won eleven NAACP Image Awards for her work on The Young and the Restless.
