German kickboxer Christine Anna Maria Theiss, originally named Hennig, was born on February 22, 1980, in Greiz, Germany. Since 2007, she has held the title of world champion in professional full contact kickboxing under the World Kickboxing Association (WKA). On December 7, 2012, she secured the Super lightweight world champion title in full contact kickboxing with both the International Sport Karate Association (ISKA) and World Kickboxing and Karate Union (WKU). Although she lost her WKU championship to Olga Stavrova on June 7, 2013, she reclaimed it on December 13, 2013 by defeating Stavrova in a tightly contested ten-round decision during what was reported as her final match.
