Jamie Graham, O.O.M., is a former leader of the Victoria Police Department. He held the position of chief constable for Vancouver, British Columbia from August 22, 2002 to August 13, 2007. Before this role, he was an officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. His five-year tenure with the Vancouver Police Department concluded without renewal of his contract on August 22, 2007.

Graham supports various charitable organizations such as the Law Enforcement Torch Run, Canadian Cancer Society, Cancer Foundation, Cops for Cancer, Canadian Blood Services, Owl Society, Covenant House and Salvation Army among others. Additionally, he participates in the Lay Inquiry Pool of the British Columbia Veterinary Medical Association.
