American television personality Jayne Kennedy Overton (born Harrison on October 27, 1951) is recognized as an actress, model, corporate spokesperson, producer, writer, public speaker, philanthropist, beauty pageant winner, and sports broadcaster. In 1982, she received an NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture for her role as Julie Winters in the film Body and Soul alongside her then-spouse Leon Isaac Kennedy.
