American model Jo Collins (born Janet Canoy on August 5, 1945, in Lebanon, Oregon) was featured as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for December 1964 and subsequently named Playmate of the Year in 1965. Her initial photo shoot was captured by photographer Mario Casilli.

She came to Playboy's attention while serving as a page on the TV game show Queen for a Day. Following this, she worked at the Playboy Clubs both as a Bunny and later took on the role of Bunny Mother.

Jo, with her Norwegian and Spanish heritage, was married to professional baseball player Bo Belinsky from 1970 until their divorce in 1975.

She earned the nickname “G.I. Jo” due to her tours with the United Service Organizations (USO) to Vietnam where she entertained military personnel during the Vietnam War. Her first visit to Vietnam involved delivering a copy of Playboy directly to Lieutenant Jack Price of the 173rd Airborne Brigade; he had taken advantage of an offer that allowed lifetime subscribers to receive their inaugural issue from a Playmate personally.

In December 1979, Jo participated in a pictorial titled "Playmates Forever!"
