American actress Joan Mary Cusack (born October 11, 1962) has received Academy Award nominations for Best Supporting Actress for her performances in the romantic comedy-drama Working Girl (1988) and the romantic comedy In & Out (1997), as well as a Golden Globe nomination for her role in the latter film. Additionally, she provides the voice for Jessie in the Toy Story series.

Cusack was part of the cast on the sketch comedy program Saturday Night Live from 1985 to 1986. She played Sheila Gallagher (née Jackson) on Showtime's acclaimed drama/comedy Shameless, earning five consecutive Emmy Award nominations and winning her first in 2015. She is related to actress Ann Cusack and actor John Cusack.
