South African actress Jodi Balfour is primarily recognized for her portrayal of Gladys Witham in the Canadian drama series Bomb Girls. In 2015, she received a Canadian Screen Award for Best Lead Actress in a Television Film or Miniseries at the 3rd Canadian Screen Awards for her role in the follow-up film Bomb Girls: Facing the Enemy.

Hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, she co-hosted the youth television program Bling alongside Dalen Lance during the early 2000s and later pursued drama studies at the University of Cape Town. She also participated in the Miss South Africa pageant in 2008. Since completing her education in 2009, Balfour has focused on acting within British and Canadian film and television sectors. Currently residing in Vancouver, British Columbia, she not only acts but also co-owns a coffeehouse located in Gastown.

In February 2015, she was selected for a role in the upcoming Cinemax series Quarry.
