Australian 3.0 point wheelchair basketball athlete Katie Hill (born 17 February 1984) competed in the 2008 Summer Paralympics held in Beijing, where she earned a bronze medal, and again at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, securing a silver medal. She has accumulated over 100 international appearances representing Australia.

Hill is part of the Sydney University Flames within the Australian Women's National Wheelchair Basketball League (WNWBL). Competing as the Hills Hornets, her team captured league titles in 2007, 2008, and 2009. After rebranding to Sydney University Flames, they clinched another WNWBL championship in 2010. In recognition of her performance during this period, she was awarded Most Valuable Player (MVP) for four-point players and included in the All Star Five roster in 2007. During the finals series of 2009, she contributed significantly by scoring 21 points in a decisive victory against the Perth Western Stars with a scoreline of 66-49 and received MVP honors for that series.

Hill commenced her journey with the national team in Malaysia at the World Junior Wheelchair Basketball Championships back in 2005 and has since represented Australia's women's national wheelchair basketball squad—known as the Gliders—at various prestigious events including IWBF World Wheelchair Basketball Championships held in Amsterdam (2006) and Birmingham (2010), along with participation at Osaka Cups across Japan during years such as 2007, 2009, and again in 2010.
