English model Kayleigh Emma Pearson (born 25 June 1985) is recognized for her victory in FHM's second High Street Honey competition in 2003.

She was born in Bath, Somerset, and received her name from the Marillion track "Kayleigh," which charted during 1985; her mother heard it on the radio while recovering after giving birth. Growing up in Bewdley, she attended Bewdley High School and pursued sports science at the University of Worcester. A certified gymnast with a passion for the sport, she began teaching gymnastics at age 11 and has qualifications to operate her own gym.

In 2003, Pearson emerged as the winner of FHM's High Street Honeys contest. The photo used for her audition was initially meant to encourage her then-boyfriend, a soldier stationed in Iraq. She appeared on FHM's list of the top 100 Sexiest Women multiple times: ranked 28th in 2004, 56th in 2005, 67th in 2006, and finally at number 62 in 2007.

In collaboration with The Girls of FHM, she released a single titled "Do U Think I'm Sexy?" that reached No.7 on music charts in 2004. In addition to this release, another single titled "I Touch Myself" came out in partnership with fellow FHM High Street Honeys and achieved No.1 on box charts by 2006.

That same year marked an enhancement to her breast size from34B to34DD when she first featured topless in Nuts magazine.
