Kira Eggers (born November 29, 1974) is a former international model. She has been associated with Playboy TV, The Sun, and various other companies. Eggers previously held the position of guest editor for FHM. In 2006, her autobiography titled The Naked Truth was released by Aschenhoug.

She operates two exclusive gyms: one located in a spa in Hornbæk and another at a commercial property in Copenhagen. As an independent business owner, she leads HOB, which concentrates on online ventures. Eggers maintains her own fitness blog and formerly acted as a blog agent for Bloggers Delight, where she oversaw their celebrity commercial blog development. Several of these blogs rank among the most visited sites in Denmark, attracting over 2 million page views monthly; notable examples include Mascha Vang.

Eggers appeared in the Discovery Channel/TLC series On Your Own Body: Kira Eggers as a bodybuilder in 2012. Following that experience, she pursued further education to become a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and nutritionist.

In June 2011, she participated in a promotional photo campaign for PETA and has served on the board of OASA along with other animal rights organizations.
